One address — support@plumibot.com — and the form further down goes to it. A person reads it and replies, usually within a day. If the problem is happening inside a chat right now, !help in LINE is faster than either.
A few things make an answer arrive in one round trip instead of three. For anything about billing, a refund or your allowance, include your LINE user ID — !userid in the chat gets it, and without it we cannot look up the account you mean. For a bug, paste whatever the bot actually replied and roughly when, rather than describing it: the exact wording is usually enough to find the message in the logs.
A missing language, a translation that came out wrong, or a feature you want are all worth sending too, and not out of politeness — that is the main way the list of what to build next gets set. Enterprise questions such as higher quotas, custom languages, an SLA, white-label or on-premise have their own option in the form's category list, and reach the same inbox on a different queue.
Questions, feedback, bug reports or enterprise inquiries — every message reaches support@plumibot.com.
Select Enterprise / Custom plan in the form for higher quotas, dedicated support, and SLAs.
