PlumiBot provides AI-powered translation services within the LINE messaging application. We use third-party APIs (such as Google Gemini) to process and translate your messages. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

• You must not use the Service for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not attempt to circumvent any rate limits, quotas, or billing mechanisms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features and quotas require a paid subscription (Personal Pro or Group Pro). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can manage your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Refunds are subject to our discretion and applicable laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Translations are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any translated content. PlumiBot is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
